CANCELLATION POLICY

*All Deposits Are NON-REFUNDABLE* I understand situations may occur where you need to reschedule and or cancel. Please contact me as soon as possible to avoid penalties. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours will result in 50% of the minimum cost of your scheduled appointment using the card placed on file. Any appointment that has been rescheduled more than once will result in forfeiting current deposit and putting down a new one to hold the appointment time. Please understand that when you no-show, cancel and even reschedule last minute that you are taking a spot away from someone else and hindering the time it takes to create any design sent prior for the appointment. Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of any current & future appointments. Repeat instances with result in denial of any future tattoo appointments at the discretion of I LOVE YOU TATTOO LLC
