CANCELLATION POLICY

*All Deposits Are NON-REFUNDABLE* I understand situations may occur where you need to reschedule and or cancel. Please contact me as soon as possible to avoid penalties. Any service cancelled the week of your appointment will result in 50% of the minimum cost of your scheduled appointment using the card placed on file. Any appointment that has been rescheduled more than once will result in forfeiting current deposit and putting down a new one to hold the appointment time. Appointment must be rescheduled within 60 days of original session. Any appointment cancelled after one reschedule or cancelled within 24 hours/ day of (no show) will result in a 100% of service price applied to the card on file. This does not include the deposit. Any appointment not confirmed within 48 hours will automatically be cancelled and charged 100% fee of the service scheduled. Please understand that when you no-show, cancel and even reschedule last minute that you are taking a spot away from someone else and hindering the time it takes to create any design sent prior for the appointment. Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of any current & future appointments. Repeat instances with result in denial of any future tattoo appointments at the discretion of I LOVE YOU TATTOO LLC MUST BE 18+
